Antique flower cluster design made up of a central natural sapphire surrounded by six diamonds set in solid 9 karat gold. The sapphire has a lovely blue depth to it, with glimpses of green in the sunlight. The diamonds are set in white gold that brings out their sparkle. The band is yellow gold. 

This piece has hallmarks of an anchor, indicating it was made in Birmingham, and an italicised K, indicating it was made in 1959.
