Belle Heirlooms wants you to feel confident in your purchase. That is why we accept returns and offer refunds for full price pieces paid in full, excluding shipping costs either way. Some exclusions apply, please see below.
To return a piece, notify us at hello@belleheirlooms.com within 7 days of receiving the piece to arrange return. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the piece in the condition it was received using a secure postage method with tracking and signature confirmation.
Once we receive the item and confirm the condition, the customer will be issued a refund, less the cost of postage.
Returns are not accepted for pieces bought on sale with a discount or for lay-by, for pieces that are resized or altered, or for earrings. These pieces are final sale. We are always happy to share more images or discuss details to help you make your decision.
