Do you offer a warranty?

The beauty of preloved pieces means they sometimes show signs of wear. We capture this in the photos and description. We are also happy to answer any questions and provide additional photos so please reach out.  Because the pieces are preloved, we cannot provide any warranty. 

That being said, Belle Heirlooms is committed to curating high quality, genuine pieces. We take careful measures to make sure each piece is ready for its next life. Each piece is checked for wearability. We work with our local jeweller and qualified gemologist to confirm the stones. 

All pieces priced over $1,500.00 are sold with an independent valuation. We can provide you with the valuation details to assist with your purchasing decision. 

What is your returns policy?

Belle Heirlooms wants you to feel confident in your purchase. That is why we accept returns and offer refunds for pieces paid in full, excluding shipping costs either way. 

To return a piece, notify us at hello@belleheirlooms.com within 7 days of receiving the piece to arrange return.  It is the responsibility of the customer to return the piece in the condition it was received using a secure postage method with tracking and signature confirmation.

Once we receive the item and confirm the condition, the customer will be issues a refund, less the cost of postage.

Returns are not accepted for pieces bought on sale or lay-by, for pieces that are resized or altered, or for earrings. These pieces are final sale. 

Do you offer lay-by? 

Yes! We offer lay-by after a piece has been available on the site for 72 hours, for pieces priced $900 and above. The terms are a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure the item. Then pay off the remainder in up to 90 days in increments that work for you.

Do you have an in-person store?

Belle Heirlooms is entirely online. This minimises our costs and helps keep our prices reasonable, which is important to us.
