Kimberley Ring

Kimberley Ring

Hand crafted flower clusters ring made in Birmingham in 1971. Six natural citrines set in solid 9 karat gold.

The citrines have a beautiful warm glow. I also love the intricate detailing at the bridge of the flower setting.

This ring is hallmarked to tell us the year and place it was made. Birmingham has been a centre for jewellery making since the 1800s. The symbol was selected with a coin toss in 1773, where Birmingham was given the anchor and Sheffield the crown.
