I was so excited to find this unique beauty! A gorgeous flower ring made of solid 14k gold with a central natural pearl and petals made of iolite. This is the first time I have found a piece containing iolite. Legend has it viking navigators used slices of iolite as a filter to locate the sun on overcast days. The iolite in this ring couldn't be further from this origin though - they are graceful, vibrant petals that are a bright, sparkling lavender-blue.
